What It Covers

Every service we do: window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, trash chute and enclosure cleaning. If a spot was missed or the result isn't up to our standard, we return and re-clean that area free.

How to Use It

1. Tell us within 3 days of your service. Call or text (619) 890-8888 or email hello@toptierexteriorservice.com.
2. Send a photo if you can. It helps us bring the right equipment.
3. We schedule the return visit and fix it at no charge.

What It Doesn't Cover

• New dirt, rain spots, sprinkler overspray, or bird droppings that show up after we leave.
• Damage or wear that existed before our visit, such as etched glass, failed window seals, faded paint, or cracked concrete.
• Stains that can't be removed by cleaning, like permanent rust, deep oil soak, or hard water etching. We'll tell you up front if a stain is one of these.
• Areas that weren't part of the job you booked.

Why We Do It

Every crew member does a walkthrough before leaving the job. The guarantee is there for the rare time something slips past us. You shouldn't have to pay twice for work that should've been done right the first time.
